This dialog will give you the oppertunity to save information about your current visit. The information you enter here is completely up to you. Normally the description field is used to enter information abbout this visit like work that was done for the client. The goods field is normally used to enter information about goods that you may have used during this visit.

The odometer entry is provided to correct the odometer value of your vehicle.

Two checkboxes is provided to enable the sending of a sms and/or email to the client. This will only happen if the global sms send and email send options is enabled in the setup menu as well as the same options for this client. The checkboxes will be checked if it is possible to send. You can then disable the sending by unchecking the checkboxes.

You can save information about a visit at any time during that visit. When you do another save, the previous saved information will be displayed in the description and goods fields. You can then add information to it.

Click on SAVE to save the information or CANCEL to cancel this operation. (CANCEL does not cancel the visit, just the SAVE operation.
